Convocation was held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 in the Bryce Jordan Center. 

This event provided the academic welcome for approximately 10,500 new first-year students and featured remarks by: 

• Neeli Bendapudi, President;
• Kathy Bieschke, Senior Vice Provost; and
• Katarina Hogan, UPUA President.
